By accessing or using Runway Check ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. Runway Check is currently in development and available for early access signup only.

Description of Service

Runway Check is a financial planning tool designed to help small business owners and founders calculate their cash runway. The Service provides a simple 13-week cash flow forecasting tool to help non-finance professionals understand their business cash position.

Current Status: The Service is currently in development. By signing up for our waitlist, you are expressing interest in early access to the product when it becomes available.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By using Runway Check, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Waitlist and Early Access

When you sign up for the Runway Check waitlist:

• You provide your email address to be notified when the product launches
• You may receive updates about product development and features
• There is no guarantee of access timing or specific features
• You may unsubscribe from communications at any time
• Waitlist signup does not create a binding contract for future services

Future Subscription Terms

When Runway Check launches, the following terms will apply:

• Pricing: $29/month subscription after a 14-day free trial
• Free Trial: No credit card required to start trial
• Billing: Monthly recurring charges after trial ends
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime with no penalties or fees
• Refunds: Pro-rated refunds available upon request

User Responsibilities

When using Runway Check, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with the Service's operation
